Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Service Dog Gear order, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.   All ESA letters and ID cards are not refundable, sale is final.  Partial refunds are offered on bundle packages for value of vest, collar, tags and leash.  For example if you order basic package that includes vest, 2 ID cards and certificate you will be offered refund for vest only minus restocking fee of 15%, $39.99 will be subtracted for 2 ID cards and Digital Products.

Refund: Items can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days and unused.  If vest has been used and not in original packing you will not be refunded.   A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchange: Items can be returned for product exchange.
Customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement item and the item must be in its original condition and unused.

Online Credit: Items can be returned for an online credit with no restocking penalty.   Online credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.

Cancelling Orders: Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled for a 100% refund if it has not been processed the shipping department. After the order is sent to the Shipping department we cannot cancel or change the order for any reason.

Damaged/Defect Goods: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, we will determine whether replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials.
