I wea very happy with my purchase in the basic registration package. It came very quickly. The vest fit perfectly according to the size chart. I received 2 id cards, one I attached to his vest, the other I carry in my purse. I did not receive a certificate, but I really do think it is necessary.

Everything worked out perfectly! They were not only a better price than most sites I looked at, but they offered the Digital Certificate for free which most other sites were charging a minimum of $9.99 or more (they don't tell you that till your just about to pay) within 2 days they E-mailed me my Certificate in PDF form and it was all included in the price, no extra charge. They shipped it out very fast I received my package within 2-3 days, and they updated me tracking the whole time. The best part about having this now is the hotel fees are being waived. I have been staying in only hotels with my puppy for the past month and the pet fees have been ridicules, some more than others but it has to be paid if I don't want to just chain him up outside (I'm assuming that's the only other option they give me) however since getting him the certificate they haven't giving me any trouble, and surprisingly so I thankfully don't have to pay all the extra charges to have him with me all the time. Anyway, I would recommend this place over and over to everyone, it was extremely easy to register, and everything came fast, and at a better price than several other sites I checked. Thank you to the USA Service Dog Registration for everything, I should have done this years ago.
