It was an easy process. After months of waiting for my former provider to send my ESA letter, I gave up and decided to order one from this site. Within a couple of days the therapist called and we had a thorough discussion about my medical history. As soon as the call ended I was emailed a digital copy of my ESA letter, which my landlord eagerly accepted, and the original with an inked signature arrived via US mail the following week.
